The translation system work little complicate. I've suggest you for translation in French on plugin, so you need to be promoted by a GTE Editor of Wp.org. I've get access to Ita lang ... the editor on chat said me that i should repeat for each lang the procedure.
It seem to me little crazy. I will try to see if possible to find out another way, but rules are rules.

This request is solved for it_IT: @axewww is now it_IT pte for the requested plugin.
