Guess that someone will provide a better example to do this:
The text change onclick and mousedown over +/- elements
On mousedown event a throttler/loop execute sequential increase/minimize at given rate
Javascript text increase decrease example

p.s it has not been tested on mobile devices: but will be easy to fix any possible issue.
