Cant activate plugin

Hello i install the plugin and try to activate it but WordPress is still Loading and Loading i must delete the plugin files completely then is wordpress running normal new plugin install Not Working i have no idea where the problem is...

this remind to a wrong cookie setting, or an old cookie session on browser.
Setup correctly into phpBB ACP the cookie to be available over all the domain, as explained on procedure:
Logout, Login.
Clean cookie on browser as last instance, but this should not be required after a logout action (that clean up cookies).
