/index.php/forum and duplicate content

Hi there!
Thanks for a great plugin.
For example, phpBB is installed at www.axew3.com/w3/forums/.
The iframe version is located at www.axew3.com/w3/forum/.
When you browse the iframe version, the URL changes into www.axew3.com/w3/index.php/forum/.
Is there a way to get rid of that index.php in between?
Now, the following 3 URLs all point to the same page:
www.axew3.com/w3/forums
www.axew3.com/w3/forum
www.axew3.com/w3/index.php/forum
Isn't this considered as duplicate content by Google etc?
How to avoid duplicate content?
