Absolutely love what you have done - I never thought this would be possible, however I have a very small problem.

however, i want everyone to always stay within the actual website, for example if you right click on ARCADE FORUM and select open in new window, it will then open just the forum outside of the iframe by itself ( http://www.arcadepunks.com//arcade-forum/index.php ) I would rather it did not do that and stay inside the link for example if anyone goes to http://www.arcadepunks.com//arcade-forum/index.php it automatically goes too http://www.arcadepunks.com/index.php/community

Is this possible?

yes it is possible of course ... all is possible
also notification email links are affected by this.
The way can be +- the same that will be applied on next coming htaccess tutorial to have links on notification email, right click copy/link and we can add also this event maybe, for links that will point to iframe (seo compatible: i mean that the code will not affect anything, if forum is accessed by real url instead than iframe mode into wp page).
