WP Integration problem

Hi there,
Firstly, thanks for making the plugin! I really hope that I can get it to work for my webpage!:)
There's two things I seem unable to fix, following your guide step by step.
1. As you can see in the link above, the webpage only shows the PHPBB3 header.
2. The forum extends out of the template with a white background.

Do you know what I should do to fix it, or can you help me fix it?
I will subscribe to this post so I can respond quickly. I also want to give a small donation for your help so you can buy some beers this weekend.

This is how I would like it to be, is this possible at all?

Have you create the forum template page, on wp_w3all and so a blank page in wp named as the created template? I ask you this because, i see your links are rewrite in a different way, and the above link point to a WP page that isn't named as should.

Yes, I made a blank page and named it "forums".
Add page -> forums -> publish

New link (I tried reinstalling everything, but it didn't fix the problem) http://ngaming.nl/forums/

I think the problem occurs due to the WP theme I use, but I'm not sure. If i make a new page without any content it looks like this, in case you'd want to know: http://ngaming.nl/testpage-for-forumprob/

As you can see, if i open ACP from forum it also doesnt really 'fit' inside the page.

Hello, first of a problem is that seem you do not have finish the procedure here, as the code on your phpBB overall_footer.html do not is present.
