The plugin WordPress Dropbox has been blocked here, waiting for next answer by DBX developers:

I don't have an update on this yet, unfortunately, nor do I have a workaround to offer. This is open with engineering and I'll follow up here once I have any news.

There is a problem on DBX api about list_shared_links endpoint that do not work properly.
The plugin is ready to be released for FREE at wordpress.org, updated and fixed under any aspect, with cool additions, "for every taste", but i can't release it until DBX haven't fix the issue.
