* Fix: bugs all related to new users insertions, users activation, redirects, login flows, iframe or not iframe mode
* Fix: correct user's update, when login done into login widget, and several adjustments for all tested and possible scenario (especially when an already phpBB registered user, need to be added when login via widget, but also for all others login flow on same scenario)
* Fix: several Php error/notices thrown in several circumstances
* Fix: check that WP email has been validated/confirmed, before to update also into phpBB, when user update profile into WP side
* Fix: if the phpBB user need to be validated/activated, when added in WordPress, will be added as no role. Will be then be activated correctly, when user will login first time in WP or will be auto logged in WP due to valid phpBB session found
* More fixes all around
