wp_w3all 1.0.5 - WordPress template phpBB embed features

wp_w3all 1.0.5 can embed with just one click phpBB into your WordPress template, but to get a responsive iframe when iframe content should change to contain different forums pages height, it is necessary a little work that i've try to reduce to the minimum. I will try as soon to publish the docs about how to add to iframe embedded all things to be responsive about height as in this online example.
The code also take care about external links: an external link that point not directly to a forum link, will be loaded in the mainParent window as normally behavior we would like as result.
