Yes because this is custom write system for Tutorials. For example on phpBB 3.2 for some security reasons they cut "<meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html; charset= utf-8' />" and other codes.

For now i do not find the wp importer, in the search process.

There are many to import content into wp through an exported cvs or xml file, if you can export the content of the cms you used for tutorials in these format.
After, fields need to match, so may you have to take some wp plugin and adapt it to import these data, or do a little code that can do this if you skilled with some php/mysql.
Or edit the cvs or xml file to match fields that these wp import plugin need to match, when reading files to import data.
Documentation on these kind of plugins should exists about this and how to proceed, or you have to take a look into code and adapt to match your needs.

Hope that someone wrote some line of code about this, a plugin for these kind of custom imports into worpdress.

In WP Widgets i have WP phpBB w3wall Last Topics (this is last comments in posts) but i do not see Last Posts.
I like to display in Widgets or other place Last Topics and Last comments (Post Reply).

how do you add widgets Last Topics? Via default
Wordpress admin -> Appearance -> Widgets
or something else?
