Too many redirects

This is at moment what i have find out, applied little changes that maybe influence, maybe not, your situation. Let see..

Still not OK:
the plugin was disabled and the site was still open from some hours ago.
So i refreshed without problem.
Then I logged in using the wp-login and that worked. No errors.
Then I enabled the plugin and did some refreshes, everything worked.
Then I logged out (from admin page using header logout link).
Now I do NOT get the redirect error anymore. However, again I cannot log in anymore!

It looks like the plugin changes the password or does a password sync somehow... in my case, the phpBB password is the same as the WP password, so this cannot be the issue I guess?

Oh evil ... This is very strange about login error.
While really the redirects seem to be solved x your situation also?
This about login really sound strange.
Just to understand, can you try logout, change the password on phpBB to something else for admin or the user you like to try, so to login into WP with this pass for this user?

I do same (but previous i was logged in with forum user name and pass, my admin rights work ok at site and forum at same time) and got ''redirect to many times''. My WP and phpBB username and pass are different.

Cleared browser/cookies...

Trying to loggin from site login form widget as WP user and i was redirected to forum without iframe on login page where is wrong pass or username warning (You have specified an incorrect username. Please check your username and try again. If you continue to have problems please contact the Board Administrator.).

Back to the WP home-page, loggin trough login widget as forum user:
- status at site: logged in
- status at forum: logged in

1.2.7 is out: as it solve the important fix about old phpBB users that come to login in WP.
Ok, thank for the annotation Falcon, It is very important to understand and solve definitively.

1.2.7 add several little modifications, that should affect the entire logout/in admin.
If this still present some problem, logging out after a visit on wp_admin and so returning on wp frontend in certain situations, we will return to old code that work about this, and we will take a more deep tour into phpBB/WP.
1.2.7 page-(forum etc).php come with fix about viewtopic and pages also on refresh page (iframe mode).
And several more fix.
