EDIT: i will repeat all with new files (sry, i`m not see it when post this)
EDIT 2: i have same results with last attachment above. No more "to many redirects" but small confusion described above.

This is what I did (using chrome)
- copied the last 2 files tot the plugin folder, overwriting the old ones.
- went to the site (all OK) and clicked on the forum link (as plugin was deactivated) to open forum in new tab.
- logged in ('log in automtically activated)
- went back to site tab and refreshed: loged in status changed from nale and pw field to 'log out' showing I am logged in.
- clicked on some pages, closed forum tab and reopende it. No issues seen.
- opened dashboard, still no problems; Played around (updating an other plugin), no problems.
- closed tabs, reopened without problem
- opened firefox to site url: PROBLEM: too many redirects!
- deleted firefox cookies (so no history, just cookies): refreshed page: all OK!
- logged in and out some times, reopened all tabs in both chrome and firefox
- Logged out from dashboard page in chrome: error too many redirects!
- refreshed tab with site: error too many redirects!
So I thougt it might have something to do with the logout from the admin page:
- did the same with firefox: logged in to dashboard on separate tab, logged out. Here it is fine: I could not generete the problem anymore once I cleared the original cookies. I tested the 'remember me' checkbox but this gives the same good result.
However, what is strange: I can NOT login anymore using the siteurl/wp-admin : this gives me the google reCaptcha and keeps telling me the password is incorrect. I clicked on 'new password' and via the mail set my original one as new and was logged in. But when logging out and trying to log in this way, it doesn't work at all. Using the site login (widget or forum page), I can log in.
Could this have anything to do with reCaptcha??
So I deactivated the recaptcha plugin and logged out again: error too many redirects! (firefox)
Then, I deleted the cookies, and tried to log in again: NOT possible from www.aquaponic.be/wp-admin (password error) but possible from widget and forum!
I am not sure this has anything to do with t, but I think it does! Why should the standard wordpress login not work?
Then, I went to the dashboard and disabled w3all. Logged out: same problem, HOWEVER I was still logged in to the phpBB forum on the other tab!
Logged in or not on the forum, I could not log in to the site anymore as the plugin was disabled.
In firefox, I deleted cookies then, and with new login from www.aquaponic.be/wp-admin, I get:

After refresh, It came back but I had again to generate a 'forgot password' mail to set it again.
Something really fishy going on!

since i use firefox as default, and this do not happen here i will try to look/test more all what you report ... let you know as soon
