but, would be also better if you read all hints before AND after.
My Eng is really bad, i know and you should know it ... if you had read installation procedure, that perhaps i deduce, you have not.

And... for the last images who don't show ? What should i do ?

About avatar: in wordpress settings about avatar, what's your setting?
No avatar for users that have not one? Setup for something else in case, so users that have not an avatar setup in phpBB or WP, will be assigned of a random avatar or the mystery avatar etc ...
This can be the reason of the behavior above.
BUT in true, as on above posts explained, you have the .htaccess that prevent images to be loaded on widget:
The image is correctly on widget, but do not display because:

Yes, but why 2 of thems are displaying ?
I saw this error too.
My htaccess of avatars/upload is actually "off.htaccess"

The reason why is the same above.
Some users images into your actual posts widget, are served by external resources, like
http://img11.hostingpics.net/pics/44071 ... vatar1.jpg
so these are displayed, while others served in your folder with .htaccess not.
