This warning will be added on WP_w3all config page to help in case the page-forum.php (or what you have name it) isn't correctly auto created on WP template folder after you have setup it on WP_w3all config page:
Warning for Unix/Linux: after you have setup the name here, the template page should be created into your WP template folder: check inside your template folder, that the file page-forum(or board etc).php has been correctly created and exist (due to chomd permissions on unix/linux sys). If it is not present, copy the default page-forum.php (renaming for example into page-board.php the file if you set board as name here) from folder
wp-content\plugins\wp-w3all-phpbb-integration\addons
and manually paste it as is into your active WP template folder.
About page-(forum or board etc).php and his creation hint ...
