WP_w3all 1.5.0: how to setup manual config

As explained on previous topic on this forum, it will be necessary to repeat the configuration of the config.php file (if manual edited config.php include has been choose on WP_w3all admin config page).
Here the easy procedure that is necessary to repeat, if you're updating to WP_w3all 1.5.0 or installing first time you choose to include the edited wp_w3all config.php file, instead than the phpBB root config.php file.
