Resolved -> Conflict with NextGEN gallery plugin

Hi Axew,

thanks for the new update. However, the confilct with NextGen still exists.
On my web page, I can see the albums, but clicking on an album does not display the gallery.
Also the admin pages do not show the galleries nor albums nor individual pics. As soo as I disable the w3all pluging, everything is back and working as normal.

I presume so, you have not switch to new manual config. See WP admin wp_w3all config page and read last modifications about config.php include on 1.4.8 to get working wp_w3all with Nextgen. It solve the problem with this image gallery plugin, by the way it has been added, as scheduled time ago, to be more efficient and easy to setup for subdomain installations, and an even more fast execution.

The problem was not that wp_w3all conflict with nextgen, the problem was nextgen conflict with some phpBB config var (i presume, without reversing more the problem (nor looking into nextgen code), as naming in different way vars on manual config, nextgen work perfectly on my short test, on wp admin).

So, the question: have you switch to manual config?

I did change the manual config fiile, the only thing not found in the original config.php is:
$w3all_phpbb_adm_relative_path = '';
I left it as it was.( ' ' )

And the phpbb config file contains also an item that is not in your config file:
$load_extensions = '';

All other fields are modified to the correct value and last line of the w3all config fila was unquoted.
I stopped and restartes both plugins and resaved the settings in the config page of the plugin.
Still the same problem.

Hello, yesterday night while a fly test with another plugin that now also work ok, i've retest just to be sure (you know the evil) Nextgen gallery admin to see all was ok, and all was ok so i've disable it at moment. I can reactivate, another time if any problem to see if something still wrong but ...

the other question: have you change the path on wp_w3all config, to point to the config.php of wp_w3all you have edit, and not to the old one config.php on phpBB root?

your_absolute_path/wp-content/plugins/wp-w3all-phpbb-integration/phpbb

On the wp_w3all config.php, just paste values of phpBB root config, where indicated and uncomment (remove // chars) last line.
Do not add anything else of the phpBB config.php file as these aren't required values by wp_w3all, so never used, and to avoid any eventual problem, just do not add anything else but the above mentioned.

Aha! Made a mistake in the path!.
Now it is indeed pointing to the correct config file and working.

After the latest update, the problem is back.
It seems the config.php in the plugins/wp-w3all-phpbb-integration/phpbb is gone?
I get an error in the dashboard setup 'not correct absolute path'
It seems the config.php in the plugins/wp-w3all-phpbb-integration/phpbb is gone?
And when pointing to the config op fthe forum (as originally), NextGen has the same problem again: no galleries nor pics.
Wasn't the modification temporary?
