function w3_check_phpbb_profile_wpnu() to correctly add user into wordpress, if first time login (phpBB user) done in WordPress via email and not by username

to update and fix 2.3.9, download both files, and replace into /wp-content/plugins/wp-w3all-phpbb-integration/ folder
(or download the plugin and overwrite all files)
