1.3.6 has been released to solve a bug on WP register, present in wp_w3all phpBB wordpress integration from 1.3.1 > (i think).
If necessary to fix some WP registered users, because some user have register in WP side, but has not been added in phpBB in the while, just repeat user transfer process procedure to fix (or add manually into phpBB those users, or remove from WordPress).
