the plugin result to be active into plugin admin page?
If red text display, mean that the path to phpBB config.php is wrong.
If using custom config.php, check that you activated the plugin removing the // to comment out needed line, as explained into inline custom config.php hints

Hello
Thanks a lot for you reply
all is red and the comment line is well deleting
i have a question ( perhaps is it is my problem) :
my worrdpress is installed in the folder in the root off my server
like this : mywebsite/wordpress
and my forum is installed like this:
mywebsite/forum

Does the plugin work with 2 installations in 2 different folders?

No there is no problem on having any configuration on same domain or on subdomains.
Limitations are about the subfolder name that contain phpBB, for the iframe mode.
The page that embed the phpBB iframe, can't be named the same of the phpBB folder (on same domain install, and this not affect instead, again, subdomains or/if subfolders). The reason can be argued reading inline hints into plugin admin and iframe options.

If there are existent users in WP when integration start, you have to add them into phpBB, did you followed this step?

And of course this is stupid question, have you wrongly activated the option "Integration without linking users"?

Hello axew3

First all thanks a lot for your reply

I'm still stuck on activating the right path.
I don't understand I reinstalled the forum and the wordpress locally with Mamp server

for the forum path i enter in the tab " WP_w3all Path, Url and WP userID 1 configuration" this :
/Applications/MAMP/htdocs/enceinte/forum/config.php
but no effect when i validate all is in red and

i have a same issue with my ( online test server with infomaniak.com ) and they confirm me the good path.

you can see the attached files ( is my configuration on my local server )

Do you have an idea off this problems

Best regards Nolwenn
