so a basic working preloader has been also added on page-forum.php and already applied on this example as you can see.
Ok ok. It was really needed by long time.
Still i've take no look about previous issue index.php on pushed urls ...

index.php has been removed: the problem was the way it were pushed via javascript.
There are no more requests in queue about iframe that i can remember right now.
So i assume it's complete of all the most needed by long time.

Going to prepare the new shorter phpBB iframed help install/update page as soon i can. Cheers
