hi, could you substitute the
class.wp.w3all-phpbb.php file into folder
/wp-content/plugins/wp-w3all-phpbb-integration
with the one here in attach?
The fix for your problem seem needed to be added as soon as you confirm all working fine in your side.
Strange behavior returned by the integration plugin in this case: the session function called but not the related to get phpBB configuration. So strange to me how the stack executed. By the way now should be fixed. Let know

it is on top plugin admin page, on the right!
I see that many just do not note it, should i make it + big then!?

Look Steve, i've test out a login with a WP user that was existent in WP.
What about if the user not exist? It's logged and added correctly?
I do not know the way you use the plugin, if allowing or not registrations on phpBB side, but let me check as soon also this aspect, i'll let you know here in reply.

work also on adding a new coming phpBB registered user in phpBB side, but php return also some error even if the execution not fail, by the way php issue errors on logs (and widget for some while), let me fix all things about this also
