1.0.7 coming and going on report

The wp_w3all 1.0.7 that fix various bugs, will be released within today.
It fix default template page name correct inclusion, login/out widget links in case of iframe mode activated (it is not ok also on this online example, i will going to fix it with the auto wp_w3all update to 1.0.7 tomorrow) and various more bugs.
In the while, if possible the documentation about responsive iframe height also will be added, while 1.0.8 will contain for sure all the necessary help to achieve the iframe responsive and ready things about. Do not worry. It will be easy!

The avatar feature has been finally started, as i've find out a way to get the needed result with just: 1 query to phpBB to get all needed avatars at request.
It is already coded inside a wp_w3all test install, working ok! But it will require little time to be well inserted into the wp_w3all .... and without bugs!

Let me also remember that i note a bug in case of WP users transfers, if after wp_w3all active they still have valid WP cookies on browser cache and try to login. Solution until release 1.0.7, clean related cookies on browser
This problem has been fixed on the 1.0.7 release of today.
