Yes, avatars in widgets depend by template. I checked it with other templates and there all is fine.

I still do not know what is phpBBex and in what it is different from other :)

I think the phpBBex is a moded russian version of phpBB. this "ex" is = extended.

Oh sorry. phppbex - extended version phpBB, latest version based on 3.1.9 phpBB, included some unique features that can not be found from community(i mean plugins, extension). thank you, seem it work ok as from post above reported: if the mod or extension or what it is, do not alter phpBB fundamental db tables (and this never should happen on almost decent, goods, mods or plugins), all should work fine.

As i know, phpBBex only added new tables in database and changing values for user_dateformat, user_options
