* UPGRADE FROM 1.1.3 to 1.1.4 require to rebuild page-forum.php,or whatever has been named the embed page, on wp_w3all config
* Fix iframe mode
* Remove unuseful options on config wp_w3all
* Add modal CSS login for iframe mode
* Fix user transfer bug on wp_w3all user transer
* Fix several bugs
iframe login/out logic where i'm looking around need a tricky solution. In the while, this was the best i've find out, if any help please just let know, as soon in any case we will fix the logout and correct redirections. In the while the result seem sufficiently good.
