Yes the second one is the good one. The absolute domain name (prepended by a dot to be ok also for very old compatibilities).

Hey everyone,

First of all, thank you so much for your responses.

WordPress: staging.emmc.eu
Forum: forum.emmc.eu

Yes, all admin users have the permission to view the admin toolbar. I am using some plugins (like SureMembers), but even after deactivating SureMembers, the problem persists.

I believe the issue might be related to the user ID. The User ID 1 works without any problems, but for all other users, it doesn’t.

I’ve attached an image of my cookie settings below. Could you check if everything looks right?

Once again, many thanks for your help!

Update: Btw. i think i have found the error ... maybe the cookie domain, like you have said, was wrong? ;)

Probably the cookie setting wrong into phpBB ACP.
Check that the cookie setting of phpBB require it to be available over all the domain (as explained into the installation steps, under phpBB side settings)

Could you provide a link to your page?

Do your admin roles have access to the WordPress Admin toolbar, which is usually displayed above the header?

When you log in and the script is activated, the site refreshes to ensure that you are logged in to both phpBB and WordPress.

As an admin, the admin toolbar should appear at the top, allowing you to access the WordPress backend.

Do you use plugins like Ultimate Member to manage your WordPress roles?

Hey guys,

if I have activated the plugin, logging into the WordPress backend is only possible with the main admin. Otherwise with no other user. Even if they also have the admin role, it is not possible.
You are automatically redirected to the main page but cannot access the backend.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

Thank you very much.
