The
Login Widget removed on 2.7.5 has been
re-added into the new
coming 2.7.6
and a new
Shortcode (Login form shortcode) has been added, so that it can be added/used and will work into any theme
To use/add on pages:

the file to edit will be:
/wp-content/plugins/wp-w3all-phpbb-integration/views/wp_w3all_login_form_short.php
a dedicated simple file that can be customized as more like (maybe activating the option
