maybe yes, there are restrictions into your server but this is easily solvable:
just copy the file wp-content/plugins/wp-w3all-phpbb-integration/addons/page-forum.php
and paste it (add) into your WordPress template folder.
Create so page forum on wp_w3all config.
Finally, last step, add related blank forum page on wordpress ( WP admin -> pages -> Add new ) if you have not already do this.
If you wish to name the wp page that embed the iframe something different, (like board etc as on list on wp_w3all config), you'll rename the page-forum.php previously pasted into your WP template folder, into (for example) page-board.php, than you'll rebuild WordPress forum page template on wp_w3all config as board, and, you'll add a blank wp page on wp admin, named board (or rename the previous created blank forum page into board).
1.4.7 is just coming within today if no evil come out in the while.
