ok! about proper setting for pages Cache plugins: to work well with integration, do not activate pages caching option, for logged in, registered users, that should be option on all these plugins (if are good!)

I "fixed" it by installing it manually by uploading it to the plugin folder.

the problem from your report seem to come out maybe from the plugin W3 Total Cache (as W3TC remind me to this on code above) but after i've install it to give a try and all work ok, installing Wp_w3all after it. I've not try out with settings on of this plugin.
After, a correct settings of the plugin should be done, as for another cache related plugin, tested working ok, WP Super Cache, a post about was done time ago here on forum.

So unfortunately, no idea about others. A test should be done to discover where the problem come out.

Installation from repository does not work too.

Any ideas? Do I need to do some prework on wordpress?
