p.s in effect, the reported Warning notice was caused by an include instruction, executed also when the path to config.php was not previously set.
The WP_w3all 1.4.9 at WordPress.org has been patched.
To solve the warning notice above reported, that was disappearing when manual config.php or root phpBB config.php file were correctly configured, just download and replace files, or just the wp_w3all.php file, the unique patched to fix this issue.

hello, think you just need to set correct path to your config.php:

Absolute path on localhost (OSX)

by Freaudeau » Fri Aug 12, 2016 7:12 pm

OK, I have been searching myself silly, here and on the rest of the Net and all 'solutions' that I have found have been tried... and failed.

I have installed phpBB 3.1, WordPress and WP w3all phpBB locally with MAMP. The first two work like sunshine but with the third I get this:

"Set the correct full ABSOLUTE PATH to phpBB config.php folder!"

I tried allsorts, ending up with "http://localhost/Users/*username*/Appli ... tion/phpbb"

... and still no progress.

Now am I missing out on something or does this plugin simply not work with phpBB 3.1? It would be a pity if it doesn't because it looks just like what I need.

Regards,

Freaudeau
