1.3.9 released to turn back about front-end Login Widgets of some ajax plugins

1.3.9 has been released to remove feature of 1.3.8 that was try to make wp_w3all compatible with some ajax plugins Login frontend widgets.
Due to many problems on login/out and incompatibility, part of 1.3.8 code related, has been removed.

1.3.9 fix also English language on wp_w3all config page: thank to raykaii at WordPress.org.
