Ok, if still in trouble may let know: check and common tasks plugin's procedure are very raw, but works fine if used sequentially to transfer or check users. By the way, may it is required to improve this aspect a little more to be more comfortable. Despite warnings appears, do not be scared on use these options, because are safe to be used (may be careful if you use DELETE options, that will delete the user in wordpress, and deactivate the corresponding username in phpBB)

i do not have understand

if you have old users into phpBB, it is not mandatory to transfer them into wordpress, they may will be added into wordpress when as logged visits wp side, or when login in wp the first time. But it is mandatory that no duplicated usernames or emails exists in phpBB.

if you have old wordpress users instead, before the integration start, you have to transfer (this is mandatory) those users into phpBB.
for the same reason explained above:
This because the plugin code (wordpress) do not allow duplicated usernames or shared email between users. If you leave users to register in phpBB then, since this is a plugin that work only in wp side, you setup on phpBB ACP to not allow duplicated usernames or emails (as explained into help install steps) . When an user register in phpBB then you'll be sure that no duplicated usernames occur and or emails. Wordpress integration plugin will do the same, and before to add an user in WP, despite it has been already added in wp or not, or only existent in phpBB at this time, the plugin check for the username or email in phpBB, and if exists refuse to add the user, informing that it is already existent.

If you have to transfer wp users into phpBB, check well what the inline hints say about "duplicated users found" and how to proceed if there are found while transfer execute: you'll have to repeat from the start the transfer.

Beside all this explain, how many users you need to transfer? Your server fail on transfer, let say, 2000 users per time? It fail or take too long time to execute , then procedure fails ?

all my phpbb members in wordpress because I have to click each time on the button it is impossible for me to transfer more than 2000 members per import and again the server falls once in two.

After i created an user axew3 into wp (because you disabled registration and i have not enabled the option to test, and the admin you provided me is NOT linked as your integration plugin setting is), i logged/tested then axew3 successfully in wordpress and phpBB, both login works fine now.

BUT unfortunately for you, you have to fix several issues into phpBB admin, i just hope that this is a test, and the real site isn't in this conditions.
Look, first you have to fix:

into phpBB, when main page ACP open you have this red message:

this is so important you fix this, because just to say, i wants to change group settings for axew3, but when i go to search for him into ACP users form, it loop and loop, i assume because the search into mysql table need a fix. Just fix it by following instructions on warning (if you want, may not because it is just a test you'll remove)

since the plugin (but to be more exact) wordpress, DO NOT allow to have duplicated usernames, you have to remove duplicated username in phpBB or same email addresses shared by different users. This is possible in phpBB, BUT NOT IN WP. So you'll have to fix all those users.

Ok! Did you deleted cookies on browser!?
It is given by old cookie that you should have still on browser, if you changed the path of cookies to be available overall the domain.
Do this please, go into phpBB and right on bottom, on the right, click into
[b]Delete cookies[/b] link.
You should be then fine on re-login!
