at date of this post:
[color=#FF0040][b][size=120]Patch [i]wp_w3all.php[/i] and [i]class.wp.w3all-phpbb.php[/i]
to resolve loop onlogin without remember me[/size][/b][/color] [b]and one more important fix[/b]

Please download and replace both patched [b]wp_w3all.php[/b] and [b]class.wp.w3all-phpbb.php[/b] files:

wp_w3all.php:

p.s by the way the start of this post was about loop onlogin with fake cookies, and not due to 1.9.9 bug now resolved
