ok you should be on the right way:
the last problem you have and report is related to the widget login.
Let me say first of all that this widget about login is totally not useful, because users can login using the wordpress login or phpBB login.
If you by the way want to use also this widget, then look here:

i have only one problem now, when i get log in, page get this mistake that in picture.

it mean"going to unsafe page."

forum and wordpress are in different db. should i combine forum and blog in a db. i wish i will solve this problem.

ty for answers sir. i really want to add this plugin, there must be a mistake. Even i looked root addresse from phpinfo.php but i cant solve this problem.

out of contest i do not understand why i still need to approve your posts after the first approved, so sorry i will check your permissions as soon.

But the red warning still appear on plugin config page? because if yes the path is wrong or something go wrong on setting it
???
