New registered users can add posts on forums, but only after the first approved topic or post are free to post without moderation/restrictions. Any non registered user's post or topic, go into moderation queue.
All users that do not have at least a post/topic approved, are automatically removed by the system after some time.
Any post that do not match the forum context will not be considered, and will be removed
