Yes, I know that weird that the WP Dashboard header is not showing up.

As I've mentioned previously that it's a local WP so I have installed just a two plugins:

1) Updraftplus;
2) wp-w3all.

And, I've checked both of them by disabling each of them and check how does a WP behave on that.

The WP Dashboard Header appears just when you disable a w3all plugin that all.

I also check to by changing a Thems, Thought that might help in some way but it's not.

So sad because I went through all of the installation steps and all of it work perfectly as I want BUT it;s a useless as I can't log into DashBoard

Don't even know what else to try!

Do you have any thoughts what else it could be?

p.s sorry i did not read you post more above about some questions.
Please delete, move or rename the install directory before you use your board. If this directory is still present, only the Administration Control Panel (ACP) will be accessible.
this mean that you need to remove the folder
install
that is in the directory/folder where your phpBB is installed. This have nothing to do with database.
Your config PHP (config.php)is currently world-writable. We strongly encourage you to change the permissions to 644 (for example chmod 640 config.php)
Chmod the config.php file to proper permission. This not compromise the fact that the phpBB not work properly, but security, while the first above yes, you need to remove the install folder.

No not possible, and even if the admin are created with different name, if is admin install into WP (uid 1), it is recognized and logged as admin install in phpBB (uid2) and viceversa.
The fact that the wp header not display is very strange.
In the while that something about what can deal into your situation come (maybe) in mind, which kind of plugins you've install?

- On the WP just one user which is Admin.

- On the phpBB 2 users the first one is Root User that has been creat d during a setup of phpBB and one manually created user with admin rights with Admin name, same password as in WP and same email as in WP.

- I’ve created the same exact user “Admin” as in WP so that the admin would be able login into both systems.

- When I’ve link a w3all plugin it just right the way reloaded a WP page and the dashboard just disappeared, it just opens a webpage without any WP dashboard as if I was a visitor of WP.

- So, I was not able to transfer an existent old user “which is just Admin” due to lost of access to WP dashboard after linking a w3all plugin.

- Yes, I have tried to logged as Admin with the same password into phpBB and after checked a WP status - nothing was changed I still was not able to access into WP Dashboard.

Is that possible because I’ve manually created an admin user on phoBB with same credentials and itss make an conflict?

due to two systems integrated, several things can be wrong, a little list to check maybe:

the user you try to login in wp, has been deactivated in phpBB?
the user you try to login in wp, is banned in phpBB?
have you transfer existent old WP users (if there are) into phpBB when integration start?

have you try to login the same user in phpBB side, and if logged in successfully, than load wp? what happen?

No, I can’t access any profile, the whole WordPress dashboard is not showing up at all.

Like this one in picture below it’s just no opening at all.
https://codex.wordpress.org/File:dashboard.png

The WordPress is accepting my credentials and after you I put them it’s just reloads a page and when the Dashboard has to open up its just open again a home page and that all, same as if I was a visitor of website. But when I disabled a plug-in it’s just function normally as it used to do.

And it’s starts happening right after I have inserted an absolute path an URL and activate a w3all plugin.

Do you know what is that could be and how can I fix it?
