Hello, no, and do not think it can happen due to this plugin, since there is no filter or action fired when this type of action is done in WP.
To try out if a behavior come or not out by this plugin, you can disable wp_w3all just setting wrong path into wp_w3all config page path setting, adding a fake letter and saving, so red alert display: test in this condition, wp_w3all not affect in this state.

Strange Bug When Searching For Users In Wordpress

Hey there,

I haven't been able to fully test this but I can say that it happens every time I try it.

Whenever I am logged into Wordpress (and PHPBB) and I go to the admin screen select USERS and try to search for a user, I get logged out and re-directed to the Wordpress Login Screen.

One time I was logged out and returned to the wordpress front page but I was still bounced and logged out.

The situation is:

PHPBB: Logged in (admin)
Wordpress: Logged in (Same admin acct)

Go to USERS - <User Search Box>
Enter partial user name.
CLICK Search User

Get logged out and bounced to Login screen.

Are you able to replicate this?
